Butas'99

Šio projekto dalyviams buvo pasiūlyta savo kūrinius pristatyti ne tradicinėje galerijos
erdvėje, o savo butuose. Projektas vyks dviem etapais. Pirmojo etapo metu (rugsėjo
18 d., šeštadienį) bus galima aplankyti Vilniaus centre ir senamiestyje gyvenančius
menininkus. Vėliau, po savaitės (rugsėjo 25 d., šeštadienį), savo kūrinius pristatys
kitose Vilniaus vietose gyvenantys menininkai. Viena vieta bus pristatoma Kaune
(rugsėjo 26 d., sekmadienį). Lapkričio mėnesį šiuolaikinio meno centre (Vokiečių 2,
Vilnius) ketinama parodyti videofilmą, kuriame bus sukaupti visų projekto “Butas ‘99”
dalyvių kūriniai.

Flat'99

The participants of the project were invited to present their works not in the traditional
spaces of art galleries, but in their apartments. The project consists of two stages.
The apartments of the artists living in the centre and the old city of Vilnius will be open
during the first stage (18 September, Saturday). During the second one, the visitors of
the project will be invited to the apartments of the artists living outside the centre of
Vilnius (25 September, Saturday) and to one place in Kaunas (26 September, Sunday).
Video documentation of the project will be presented at the Contemporary Art Center
(Vokiečių 2, Vilnius) in November 1999.
